Our Enrichment Hikes are designed for dogs who crave more than a neighborhood walk. These outings provide structured adventure, mental stimulation, and safe exploration in nature—helping your dog return home fulfilled, calm, and content.

At The Enriched Dog, we prioritize safety, individualized care, and quality over quantity. All hikes are offered on a 1:1 basis or for dogs within the same household only, ensuring each dog receives focused attention and a safe, controlled experience.

What’s Included

Each Enrichment Hike includes:

•  Morning Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service

Convenient transportation to and from the trail, so your dog can enjoy a full adventure without added stress on your schedule.

Pick-ups typically begin around 8:00 AM

•  Safe Travel Setup

Dogs are secured using appropriate car safety equipment to ensure a calm and protected ride.

•  2 Hours of Trail Time

Extended time on carefully selected trails for sniffing, exploring, decompressing, and natural enrichment at your dog’s own pace.

•  One-Ingredient, Dog-Safe Treats

Simple, high-quality treats used for positive reinforcement, engagement, and rest breaks along the hike.

•  Dog-Safe Electrolyte Support

Hydration is important during outdoor activity, especially on longer hikes. Dogs are offered pet-safe electrolyte supplementation as needed.

Before We Begin

A complimentary 20-minute meet & greet is required prior to starting services. This allows us to meet you and your dog, review routines and expectations, and ensure we are the right fit for a safe and successful experience.

Easy Scheduling & Updates

Clients receive access to our online client portal and mobile app, making it easy to manage services in one place. Through the app, you can:

• Schedule and manage hikes 

• Make secure payments

• View upcoming appointments

• Receive detailed post-hike report cards with photos and notes
