Whether you're working long hours, away for the day, or heading out of town, our drop-in visits provide your dog with personalized care, companionship, and enrichment in the comfort of their own home.

Each visit is tailored to your dog's individual needs and may include potty breaks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, enrichment activities, medication administration (if needed), and plenty of one-on-one attention.

Perfect for puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, or any dog who thrives on maintaining their normal routine, our goal is to keep your dog happy, comfortable, and cared for while you're away.

Before We Get Started

At The Enriched Dog, all new clients receive a complimentary 20 minute meet & greet prior to booking services. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your dog, discuss routines, goals, and preferences, and ensure we're a great fit for one another. Building trust and understanding from the start helps set every dog up for success.

Easy Scheduling & Communication

Each client is set up with access to our online client portal and mobile app, making it easy to manage your dog's care all in one place. Through the portal, you can:

•  Request and schedule services

• Update care instructions and information

• Make secure online payments

• View upcoming appointments

• Receive visit report cards with photos and notes after each service

We believe pet care should be convenient, transparent, and stress-free, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

Scheduling

To provide flexibility while accommodating multiple clients throughout the day, drop-in care services are scheduled within a two-hour service window rather than at an exact time.

Examples include:

• 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM

• 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 1:00 PM, ETC

 

Your dog's visit will take place during the selected window of your choosing, and you'll receive a detailed report card with photos and updates following each visit. This scheduling format allows us to account for traffic, weather, and the individual needs of each dog while ensuring every client receives the same level of attentive care.
